STRUCTURAL & MECHANICAL DESIGN
Using Solidworks as the design platform, and working to customer and Australian standards, ALO Design provides innovative structural and mechanical design solutions.
Services Provided Include:

3D LASER SCANNING
ALO Design uses 3D Scanning technology for design and dimensional validation, clash detection and structural member identification and sizing.
Services provided include:

On site 3D terrestrial and hand held scanning.

Scan data post processing for use in the CAD design process or for delivery to the end user.
DETAILED MANUFACTURING DRAWINGS
ALO Design finishes the process by delivering detailed manufacturing drawings, and where relevant, CAD cut files for processing.
Services provided include:
Detailed manufacturing drawings from either ALO Design models or customer supplied files.
Various CAD format files for submission into customer files.
CAD cut files for computer aided manufacturing.
